RFP Associate Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to produce high-volume, high-quality RFP submissions
• Develop compelling proposal content tailored to client requirements and firm capabilities
• Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Maintain and update proposal content databases using platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint
• Translate complex financial and investment concepts into clear, engaging written responses
• Adapt content for different delivery formats, including electronic submission portals
• Assist in refining internal proposal processes and templates to improve efficiency

RFP Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing RFPs, grant writing, or similar written deliverables
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong storytelling instincts with attention to brand voice and message consistency
• Familiarity with proposal platforms (e.g., Responsive/RFP.io) and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven
