A multi-state law firm serving financial institutions across the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Associate to join its Nevada litigation team. This fully remote role supports mortgage and real estate litigation and requires occasional travel throughout the state for hearings and court appearances. The ideal candidate is a licensed Nevada attorney with 2–8 years of relevant litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, professional demeanor. Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters, focusing on real estate and mortgage servicing cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials across Nevada
• Provide strategic legal counsel to financial institutions and client stakeholders
• Ensure accurate, timely billing to meet the annual billable requirement
• Collaborate with internal teams and share support staff in a fast-paced, high-volume practice

Real Estate Associate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
• 2–8 years of litigation experience, ideally in real estate or mortgage servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Willingness to travel across the state of Nevada as needed
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Experience representing financial institutions or working with mortgage lenders is a plus
• Background handling high-volume litigation caseloads is preferred
• Familiarity with real estate, foreclosure, or loan servicing litigation
