Job Description
A values-driven, multi-family office is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Client Service Associate to support their high-net-worth clients and advisory teams. This is a hands-on role providing operational and administrative support across investment, estate, tax, and philanthropic services within a multi-family office environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-integrity, client-first culture.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary operational and administrative point of contact for clients and advisors
- Manage client data and documentation across CRM, Excel, DocuSign, and Adobe systems
- Coordinate investment and custodial account tasks
- Support calendar management, meeting prep, and communications for client teams
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of service requests, transactions, and account maintenance
- Contribute to project work and process improvement initiatives within the client services team
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in financial services or a multi-family office, wealth management preferred
- Prior experience with custodians like Schwab and Fidelity is required
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset — comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Experience with QuickBooks, DocuSign, and Adobe tools is a plus
- Prior exposure to estate, tax, or investment processes
- A long-term interest in client services is preferred
