Job Description

Position Title: Account Administrator

Pay: $32–$38 per hour

This Account Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administration of investment accounts for ultra-high-net-worth clients. From opening and establishing new accounts to processing transfers, contributions, and distributions, this person will ensure client documentation is accurate, account registrations are properly structured, and outstanding requirements are handled with precision. The role will also coordinate with custodians, support trust-related accounts, and partner closely with advisors to resolve account-related needs. The ideal candidate brings hands-on RIA or wealth management experience, understands investment account setup and administration, and knows how to deliver exceptional support in a high-touch client environment. This role requires someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable taking ownership without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities

  • Open and establish new client accounts while accurately determining and documenting account ownership and registration
  • Prepare and process account opening, maintenance, transfer, contribution, and distribution paperwork
  • Support trust-related accounts and other investment account structures while maintaining complete and accurate client documentation
  • Coordinate with custodians, including Fidelity, to address account requirements, transactions, and outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate client and account records while supporting ongoing account maintenance and updates
  • Partner closely with advisors and internal team members to resolve account-related needs and provide responsive client service
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding paperwork, documentation, and account requirements to keep client requests moving forward

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience within wealth management, an RIA, or a similar investment advisory environment
  • Hands-on investment administration experience, including opening and maintaining investment accounts
  • Strong understanding of account ownership, registration, investment documentation, and account maintenance
  • Experience working in a high-touch environment supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Exceptional accuracy, organization, follow-through, and the ability to work independently

Benefits

  • Hybrid schedule with 2 remote workdays each week
  • High level of autonomy and ownership over day-to-day responsibilities
  • Direct exposure to sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth client relationships and approximately $600M in assets under management
  • Opportunity to join a newly established RIA backed by long-standing advisor-client relationships
  • Potential opportunity for the temporary position to develop into a direct-hire role as the firm continues to grow

If you have the wealth management experience, investment account knowledge, and attention to detail to thrive in a sophisticated, high-touch environment, apply today and bring your expertise to a firm where your work will truly matter.
