A beverage producer with a local legacy and national reputation is seeking a Accounting Manager to lead financial strategy, oversee production and inventory accounting, and streamline operational systems. Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 / year DOE

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business and financial plans
• Provide financial analysis and guidance for business growth initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
• Prepare and file sales tax and brewery tax reports
• Oversee AP/AR processes, manage cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Collaborate with external CPA to ensure timely tax filing and compliance
• Maintain internal financial controls and audit preparedness
• Partner with operations to support inventory control and production planning
• Implement efficiencies to reduce waste and optimize supply chain coordination
• Oversee ERP implementation and ensure real-time inventory visibility
• Supervise internal IT staff and oversee day-to-day IT tasks
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
• Lead projects related to ERP system implementation and ongoing support

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and business management within a beverage, manufacturing, or inventory-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with inventory and production accounting
• Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, cash flow, and tax reporting
• Experience with IT systems and basic troubleshooting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and inventory/ERP platforms
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive operational improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Degree in Accounting or Business highly preferred
