A specialty PVC extrusion company dedicated exclusively to the window industry is seeking an experienced and independent Extrusion Production Worker to join its tight-knit and highly skilled team in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role involves running 2–4 machines per shift, overseeing product quality, reading prints, and ensuring consistent production output. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with a strong background in plastics and extrusion operations who thrives in a laid-back, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Extrusion Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage 2–4 extrusion lines during assigned shifts
• Set up machines, monitor performance, and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret technical drawings and prints
• Conduct quality checks and ensure production meets specifications
• Troubleshoot and adjust settings related to temperature, zones, and extrusion variables
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the production manager and team to meet output goals
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and innovation initiatives
• Support tooling efforts if applicable

Extrusion Production Worker Requirements:

• 1+ years of extrusion experience required, 5+ years strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read technical prints and work independently
• Solid understanding of plastics, especially rigid and flexible PVC
• Ability to work from start to finish with minimal direction
• Willingness to work either 1st (7am–4pm) or 2nd shift (3pm–10pm)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• English fluency preferred
• Experience with CAD, CNC, or toolroom equipment is a plus
• Wire EDM or plastics tooling knowledge is preferred
