A rapidly growing convenience store and fuel company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This newly created role will support strategic decision-making across departments by developing, analyzing, and reporting financial data. You’ll work directly with the CFO to build out more sophisticated budgeting, reporting, and KPI frameworks in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ideal candidates will be analytical, results-driven, and experienced in financial planning within a mid-sized, multi-entity company.

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 / year DOE

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance budget models and financial forecasting tools
• Analyze financial performance and identify KPIs for key business segments
• Build and present meaningful reports to support business decisions
• Partner with department heads to monitor performance and deliver insights
• Work with high-volume SKU data
• Assist in standardizing data reporting processes and financial dashboards
• Leverage ERP systems to access, synthesize, and analyze transactional data
• Continuously improve analytical tools and reporting methodologies

Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with large data sets and sophisticated ERP systems
• Background in convenience store, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong business acumen
• Comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture
• Prior experience in a company with $200M+ in revenue is a plus
• Exposure to PDI or similar industry-specific platforms is preferred
• Experience supporting KPI tracking and operational analytics is preferred
