Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 / year DOE + commission

Landscape Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between clients and garden crews to ensure maintenance and installations meet standards
• Manage irrigation systems and garden care following sound horticultural practices
• Conceive, price, and execute garden installations per client requests
• Dispatch and coordinate crews daily and schedule field appointments
• Maintain professional, timely communication with clients via verbal and written channels
• Write proposals and complete necessary office work accurately
• Provide responsive horticultural problem-solving and personalized client recommendations
• Balance field and office work with daily travel between multiple client properties to coordinate crews and oversee projects

Landscape Account Manager Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in landscaping or horticulture
• Strong garden design sensibility and familiarity with landscape irrigation systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel between client sites throughout Beverly Hills and nearby areas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel formulas
• Ability to motivate and manage landscape crews effectively
• Tech-savvy and highly organized with strong customer service focus
