A prestigious luxury hospitality group in downtown Nashville is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director to lead all culinary and F&B operations at a high-end, award-winning hotel. Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Strategically manage food and beverage costs, staffing, inventory, and supplies
- Monitor and respond to guest satisfaction and Forbes feedback scores daily
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of culinary and F&B leaders with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with department heads on new menu activations and event planning
- Maintain a strong presence during peak service hours to lead by example
- Uphold Forbes standards and ensure consistency across all outlets
Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive culinary and F&B leadership experience, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef and/or F&B Director
- 5+ years of banquet management in a high-end hotel or multi-unit setting
- Hands-on experience with Forbes, Michelin, or AAA dining service standards
- Strong financial and operational business acumen
- Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and/or sommelier certification is a plus
