A small, mission-driven Denver-based legal practice is seeking a Paralegal to support a tight-knit team of attorneys working on corporate, transactional, and nonprofit matters. This hybrid position will play a vital role in contract management, federal and state filings, case tracking, and compliance support. The paralegal will report directly to two partners and be instrumental in refining systems and workflows for increased operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a background in corporate legal work who thrives in a laid-back, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 / year DOE

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Manage contract processes including drafting, tracking, and organizing deliverables
• Support federal and state filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Collaborate with attorneys on transactional legal work, including contract negotiations and compliance reviews
• Maintain legal file systems and ensure documentation aligns with internal governance and regulatory requirements
• Refine and manage case tracking and calendar systems
• Provide general administrative legal support to multiple partners
• Track billable hours sufficient to cover role expectations

Paralegal Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate or transactional legal setting
• High school diploma is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ShareFile
• Experience with nonprofit legal work is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage workload independently in a hybrid environment
