Salary Range: $180,000 – $225,000 / year DOE

Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Draft meet and confer letters, briefs, and case strategy documents
• Participate in mandatory fee arbitrations and court appearances
• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys on trial preparation
• Contribute creative legal ideas and strategies to complex matters
• Evaluate and re-assess case strategy throughout litigation lifecycle
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout

Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

• JD from a top 50 law school or top 5% at a lower-tier school
• 4–7 years of experience in business or commercial litigation
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Proactive, self-directed, and accountable work style
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
• Preference for candidates with probate litigation or transactional exposure
• Must be licensed to practice law in California
