A leading commercial paving and snow management company in the construction industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Door Opener) to join its growing team. Salary Range: $19− $20 / hour DOE 

Customer Service (Door Opener) Requirements: 

• 1–2 years of cold calling or customer service experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with potential clients 
• Basic administrative skills and attention to detail 
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce experience a plus 
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude 

Customer Service (Door Opener) Responsibilities:  

• Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce services and generate leads 
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email 
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales team 
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
