Position Title: Remote Personal Injury Medical Operations Supervisor

Are you a proven operations leader with experience in personal injury law who knows how to keep complex cases moving efficiently? We are seeking a Personal Injury Medical Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for supporting personal injury medical cases, improving operational workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between attorneys, medical providers, and internal departments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on process optimization, team development, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader who has successfully managed teams within a personal injury law firm, thrives on solving operational challenges, and enjoys building efficient processes that drive results.

Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 / DOE plus discretionary performance bonus

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least five Medical Schedulers, providing day-to-day leadership, performance management, accountability, and professional development
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational workflow for personal injury medical lien and funding cases, ensuring efficient case progression from intake through completion
  • Coordinate with personal injury attorneys, law firms, medical providers, including doctors, surgery centers, and hospitals, as well as internal departments, to ensure seamless communication and timely case progression
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts, legal documentation, case materials, funding agreements, and related records with a high level of accuracy
  • Oversee medical scheduling operations and ensure documentation, scheduling, and case milestones are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time
  • Monitor workflow efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and turnaround times while identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical operational improvements
  • Identify process breakdowns, resolve operational challenges proactively, and develop, refine, and maintain standard operating procedures to improve consistency and productivity
  • Track team performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the operational leader responsible for optimizing processes and workflows rather than personally managing individual personal injury cases

  • 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience within a personal injury law firm
  • Experience supporting at least 5 personal injury attorneys and medical providers, and coordinating between legal and medical teams
  • Experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or similar role within a personal injury environment is highly valued
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least five employees
  • Strong experience reviewing and managing contracts and complex legal documentation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
