Salary Range: $215,000 – $290,000 / year DOE
Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage complex litigation matters including financial services, commercial, and product liability cases
- Draft, argue, and respond to motions in both state and federal courts
- Oversee written discovery and collaborate with support staff for case documentation
- Take and defend depositions with second-chair trial involvement
- Coordinate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses and reports
- Contribute to client development by building long-term professional relationships
Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of complex litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Admitted and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
- Experience defending depositions and managing discovery processes
- Prior second-chair trial experience preferred
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple high-stakes cases
- Background in both civil and criminal litigation is a plus
