Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 / year DOE 

Landscape Construction Manager Requirements: 

• 10+ years of experience in the landscaping field, with at least 5 years in management 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to work onsite 
• Proficiency in landscape management software (LMN, Procore, or similar) preferred 
• Knowledge of hardscape, irrigation, and plant installations 
• Capable of creating accurate estimates and take-offs
• Willingness to be hands-on as needed
• Experience with equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and compactors 
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Landscape Construction Manager Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily scheduling, project progress, and crew deployment for multiple job sites 
• Coordinate material procurement and manage inventory for upcoming jobs 
• Maintain LMN records, tracking job progress vs. estimated time, and marking completed jobs 
• Conduct on-site safety training and identify improvement areas for crew efficiency 
• Work closely with general contractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards 
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and efficient use of resources
