Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 / year DOE

Community Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 500-unit property, ensuring strong financial and operational performance
• Lead a team of leasing, maintenance, and operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial reports to drive profitability
• Ensure leasing and renewal goals are met while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction
• Oversee maintenance projects, capital expenditures, and unit turnovers to meet occupancy targets
• Enhance the property’s reputation by managing online reviews and maintaining a strong community presence

Community Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in property management with direct financial oversight
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, budgeting, and expense management
• Proven leadership experience managing leasing, maintenance, and operations teams
• Proficiency in property management software such as RealPage and Rent Management
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas for financial tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle tenant and team concerns effectively
