Salary Range: $200,000 – $260,000 / year DOE
OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, and other state OSHA agencies
- Handle a mix of labor & employment litigation and OSHA matters
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and handle discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings
OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
- 4+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with OSHA-related matters required
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex matters
