In this role, you will help elevate marketing strategies through custom marketing materials and websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and be able to handle multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year DOE

Wealth Management Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing consulting to wealth management producers, tailoring strategies to fit their needs
• Onboard top-tier recruits by setting up personalized websites and creating custom marketing materials
• Manage day-to-day communications with financial advisors, ensuring timely follow-up and updates to marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with financial advisors to support their marketing efforts
• Manage marketing projects to ensure that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Develop creative marketing solutions, making necessary adjustments to existing templates and materials
• Offer service to financial advisors, acting as their main point of contact for marketing needs
• Collaborate weekly to strategize marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement

Wealth Management Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Canva or InDesign for creating marketing materials
• Ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with financial advisors and sales teams
• Highly organized, self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong project management and people skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Graphic Design is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment is preferred but not required
