TI Construction Manager
Job Description
A construction company leading the charge across the Southwest Region, with multiple office locations is seeking a TI Construction Manager to join them in a remote/travel based position! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of general contractors and 3rd party construction managers to effectively manage a high volume of projects.

Pay Range: $170,000 - $200,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects
- Hire and manage General Contractors (GCs) and 3rd party Construction Managers as needed
- Review documents related to new LOIs or potential tenants
- Strategically evaluate and select 3rd party Construction Managers for projects
- Set budgets for projects and review job costing and lein releases
- Handle draw requests, contract proposals, and change orders
- Organize and structure projects efficiently
- Travel may be required (approximately 25-35% per month)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- 2+ years of experience building up retail properties
- Experience working with LOIs
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain relationships with 3rd parties
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or related field
