Job Description
A construction company leading the charge across the Southwest Region, with multiple office locations is seeking an ambitious Property Accountant to join them in a fully remote position based out of the southwest! In this role, you will manage the property close process by collaborating with property managers and asset managers, while ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage the property close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with property managers and asset managers, providing financial insights and analysis
- Handle tenant-related financial inquiries, providing exceptional internal customer service
- Work with the lease administration department for CAM Recs
- Use ERP software (preferably MRI) for accounting tasks and trend analysis
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for pivot tables and trend analysis
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of real estate accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to think strategically and analyze property-related financial data
- Proficiency in ERP software, with MRI experience is preferred
- Prior experience in a larger company or complex property accounting is preferred
