Job Description
An award-winning law firm in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The firm specializes in auto, premises, medical malpractice, slips and falls, and product liability cases. In this role, you will oversee 35-45 cases with the support of a 3-person litigation team, which includes a dedicated paralegal and a legal secretary. While most cases will involve auto injuries and slip and falls, there is the potential to work on other case types as well.

Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Civil Litigation
- Must be barred in Florida
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrated experience with at least three first chair trials in civil litigation
- Strong litigation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with case management systems like FileVine, and trial presentation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical practice
Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 35-45 plaintiff personal injury cases through the litigation process
- Work closely with a dedicated team of a paralegal and a litigation secretary to ensure efficient case management
- Participate in trials as first chair, collaborating with other attorneys in the firm
- Navigate the complexities of plaintiff personal injury law, focusing on auto accidents, premises liability, and other related practice areas
- Adhere to the firm's established processes and procedures, while contributing to ongoing improvements
- Generate revenue through successful case outcomes, with a negotiable percentage bonus based on fees generated
