Job Description
A boutique law firm that specializes in highly technical civil litigation is seeking a talented Paralegal to join their team in San Antonio, TX! As a dedicated Paralegal, you will collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys and fellow paralegals, contributing your expertise to handle specialized litigation cases spanning construction law, insurance law, employment law, and more. The right candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impeccable support!

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to handle specialized litigation cases
- Assist in the management of cases related to construction law, insurance law, employment law, and more
- Work on all phases of cases, including research, drafting documents, and maintaining case files
- Utilize your litigation and arbitration knowledge to provide valuable support to the legal team
- Maintain an organized and polished work approach to contribute to the firm's success
- Participate in regular case reviews and updates with the legal team
- Utilize effective communication skills to liaise with clients and external parties
- Contribute to a positive and professional working environment within a close-knit team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a paralegal role
- Strong background in litigation and/or arbitration
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or paralegal certification preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in relevant software, including Clio and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively within a small, dynamic team
