Global Service Operations Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of technical support specialists and field service operations on a global level
- Extensive global management experience with the ability to oversee teams in multiple time zones and cultures
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience with 10+ years in a similar role)
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicore) and CRM systems (Job Dynamics) is a plus, though training will be provided
Global Service Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a global team of 20 service technicians across multiple time zones and countries
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the efficiency of service operations
- Travel extensively at the start to meet technicians, understand regional challenges, and build rapport
- Oversee and ensure the successful completion of service calls and technical support activities
- Manage escalations and jump in when complex issues arise
- Maintain a close track of technician locations and service schedules
- Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
