As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on a well-organized to-do list, enjoys both collaborative and independent work and possesses an eagle eye for grammatical precision. They excel at enhancing the overall flow of an email campaign, exhibiting resourcefulness, posing insightful questions, and embracing the art of process improvement.

Our email marketing department plays a pivotal role in supporting both our recruiting and sales teams. We're in search of a dedicated team player who is passionate about contributing to the collective success of our organization.

Pay Range:  $20 - $21/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Optimize email campaigns
• Track essential metrics (e.g., open rates, unsubscribes) and improve processes
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Determine the target audience for each email campaign
• Compile email lists and keep data up to date

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred 
• Self-motivated, passionate, and hungry to make a big impact
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace and quick-moving environment
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools preferred
