Job Description
A forward-thinking healthcare company in the pharmaceutical industry is searching for a Client Success Specialist to join their team in Milford, CT. This role will have you at the forefront of managing client relationships and ensuring the successful administration of pharmacy benefit plans. The day-to-day tasks involve a variety of administrative work, including managing communications through emails and calls, updating client databases, and handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA standards. They are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of administrative experience in the healthcare or related industry. Pay Range: $24 - $30 / hour DOE
Client Success Specialist Requirements:
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Experience with Tracks CRM is preferred
- Analytical skills with a proficiency in handling numbers is preferred
Client Success Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including email correspondence and phone calls
- Enter and track client information in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in creating and updating PowerPoint presentations
- Handle and track rebates, including sending quarterly reports, processing checks, and updating rebate reports
- Maintain frequent communication with clients about updates, checks, and invoice credits
