- Direct the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports
- Analyze and adjust sales, profit forecasts, and budgeted expenses for accurate projections
- Collaborate with CEO/President to prioritize and improve planning processes
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and visibility
- Identify growth opportunities beyond cost control, including product profitability
- Communicate financial data effectively through clear messaging
- Analyze long-term economic trends and their impact on growth
- Manage capital structure, cash flow, and risk assessment
- Oversee investment activities and maintain banking relationships
- Inspire trust, confidence, and excellence across all levels of the company

- Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
- Preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 8-10 years of financial management experience
- 5+ years of executive or senior leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial laws and GAAP
- Expertise in advanced accounting, regulatory compliance, and tax planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Proven budget planning and management capabilities
