Job Description
A boutique business litigation firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team! They are looking for a strong litigator to manage a caseload of approximately 20 cases, while also collaborating with partners and associates on larger litigation matters. You will be a key player at the firm by conducting discovery, participating in depositions and mediations, and supporting larger cases as a second chair for a clientele consisting of many general contractors, subcontractors and commercial real estate owners. Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 20 cases
- Collaborate on larger cases with Partners and Associates
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and mediations
- Support on larger cases as second chair
- Supervise support staff for administrative tasks
- Maintain high work quality and adhere to standards
- Utilize litigation and case management software
- Attend meetings and interviews
- Embrace opportunities for professional growth
- Uphold the firm's culture of professionalism and dedication
- 3-5 years of business litigation experience
- Must be barred in Florida
- Must reside in Palm Beach or Martin counties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail
